ELK Consulting Ltd is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims any liability for, any transaction, payment, or agreement made outside the Platform.

All payments must be completed through the Platform's official, secured payment system. Any request to pay, communicate, or transact off-platform is strictly at your own risk and voids the protections offered here.

• Never send money to a vendor directly (bank transfer, mobile money, crypto wallet, gift cards, etc.).
• Never share payment credentials outside the official checkout.
• Report any off-platform payment request to our support team immediately.

For services purchased on the Platform, payment due to a vendor is held and only released once the buyer confirms delivery and accepts the service.

ELK Consulting Ltd acts as the arbiter for all services transacted on the Platform and may, at its sole discretion, release payment, extend a review period, or refund the buyer in the event of a dispute.

Vendors are independent third parties solely responsible for the products and services they list, including their content, quality, licensing, and support.

ELK Consulting Ltd does not manufacture, endorse, or warrant vendor offerings and is not a party to the contract formed between a buyer and a vendor, beyond facilitating the transaction and, for services, acting as arbiter.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ELK Consulting Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform, from vendor offerings, or from any off-platform dealings.

Nothing in this disclaimer limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
