The ELK marketplace lets you discover and buy high-quality digital products — templates, plugins, dashboards, and professional services — and lets creators sell their work to a global audience.

Create a free account to buy, track your orders, download your files, and manage your licenses in one place.

Sign up with your email and a strong password. You'll receive a verification email — confirm it to secure your account and unlock all features.

Enable extra protection and review your connected devices anytime under Account → Security.

Add products to your cart, accept the marketplace terms, then choose a payment method. You're redirected to a secure payment page.

As soon as the payment is confirmed, your order is completed, your invoice is generated, and your files and license keys become available in your account.

Go to Account → Downloads to access every file from your confirmed purchases. Files stay available for re-download.

When a seller publishes an update, the latest version appears automatically in your downloads at no extra cost (within your license terms).

If you closed the payment page or a payment didn't go through, your order stays 'pending' and unpaid — it gives no access to the product.

Open Account → Orders and click 'Pay now' on the pending order, then choose a payment method to finish. Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after 24 hours.

A Standard license typically covers one end product for personal or internal use. An Extended license typically allows use in a product that is sold or distributed to others.

The exact rights are shown on each product page. If in doubt, ask the seller or our support team before buying.

Every eligible purchase generates a unique license key, listed under Account → Licenses and emailed to you.

Keep your keys private. Sharing or reselling a key is not permitted and may revoke your license.

Depending on availability you can pay by card and mobile money (Flutterwave, Paystack), Stripe, PayPal, or cryptocurrency. All transactions run over encrypted connections.

We never see or store your card details — they are handled directly by the certified payment provider.

A professional invoice is generated for every confirmed order. Open Account → Orders and use the Invoice button to view, print, or save it as PDF.

Because digital products are delivered instantly, refunds are considered case by case — especially for defective, misdescribed, or non-working products.

Contact support with your order number and a clear description of the issue, and we'll help resolve it fairly.

Apply from the 'Sell' page with details about you and what you plan to sell. After approval, you get a full Seller dashboard.

From there you can publish products, set prices and licenses, track sales and revenue, and get paid.

Write a clear title and description, add high-quality preview images, list what's included, and set fair pricing. Add a changelog to build trust.

Accurate listings reduce support questions and lead to better ratings and more sales.

Every confirmed sale appears in your dashboard with your earnings. You also receive an instant email for each sale.

Track your balance under Seller → Payouts. Payouts follow the schedule and method defined by the marketplace.

Feature an approved product on the marketplace homepage for a set period using Boost. The price is shown up front before you confirm.

Use a unique, strong password and verify your email. Review connected devices and recent activity under Account → Security, and sign out of devices you don't recognize.

You control your data. From Account → Privacy you can export a copy of your data or permanently delete your account.
