Refund Policy

This policy applies to the professional services provided by ELK Consulting LTD, including web, app, marketing, and corporate services. Because our work is bespoke and delivered in stages, refunds are handled fairly based on the work completed.

Digital products purchased on the marketplace are delivered instantly and are, as a general rule, non-refundable once downloaded, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We will nevertheless consider refunds on a case-by-case basis where a product is faulty, materially not as described, or where the download could not be delivered. Approved refunds may result in revocation of the related license. Free acquisitions are not eligible for refunds.

Most projects begin with a deposit that reserves your slot in our schedule and covers initial work. As this work starts immediately, deposits are generally non-refundable once a project has begun.

For staged projects, payments correspond to milestones. If you cancel mid-project, fees for milestones already delivered or in progress remain payable, while payments for work not yet started may be eligible for a refund.

Certain costs cannot be refunded once incurred, as we pay them to third parties on your behalf. These include:

• Domain name registrations and renewals
• Third-party software, plugins, or licenses
• Government, registry, or statutory fees for company formation
• Paid advertising budgets already spent

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider. For any question about a payment, please get in touch.
